Project Manager (Agile Method) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional/joint teams that work towards reorganizing corporations to agile ways of working.
• Be responsible for developing new models and build key insights. 
• Assure a smooth project delivery and execution of the corporate transformation.
• Work along agile coaches to help clients build an internal agile training force.
• Take a hands-on approach to solve your client´s micro and macro problems using agile methods.
• Inform and coach clients on agile concepts.

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience that includes agile development experience or the transformation of companies towards new organizational methods.
• A postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Mathematics or a related field from a top tier University.
• A strong academic background.
• Experience with corporate reorganization, including staffing and leadership development.
• A good business sense and people management skills.
• Expertise in common issues that arise with agile functions and/or scaling agile across the corporate enterprise.
• Proven ability to influence others.
• International experience and intercultural awareness, which you gained by working abroad and/or in international teams.
• Experience of overseeing agile transformation, including introducing clients to topics such as product management, enterprise culture and agile values, and supervising multiple aspects of technical or non-technical functions in an agile way of working.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Know-how of scaled agile approaches ranging from frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) to applying engineering approaches (TDD) and DevOps.
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to win the trust of others.  
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
