Principal (IT and Digital Platforms) (m/f/x)

Responsibilities 

• Manage and increase engagements of cross-functional and joint teams to establish and transform data and digital platforms 
• Be in charge of forming significant observations and establishing new models and work approaches
• Engage and lead a team of senior leaders, consultants and junior and senior client leaders whose mission is to advance the transformation and shared service/control functions
• Assure a smooth project delivery and execution of the transformation
• Plan and set up the arrangements for how to deliver the project while complying to strict deadlines 
• Take a hands-approach with clients 
• Provide coaching and manage client outcomes, address the main project enablers and deliver the project
• Be assigned to individual projects that can last anywhere up to 12+ months

Qualifications 

• 8+ years of industry and/or consulting experience that includes experience as an Enterprise-/Solution Architect, Transformation Lead, Project-/Program manager, Functional-/Process Consultant or Product owner at industry companies, technology start-ups, IT system integrators or similar companies
• Postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics or related field from a top tier university
• Strong academic and professional background
• Previous experience overseeing and managing Data and Digital Platform transformations in a consultant or managerial role, such as introducing new platforms and replacing legacy
• Proficient usage of different computer software’s ranging from frameworks such as SAP model company to specific cloud platforms (SAP S/4 HANA, Google, MS Azure, Workday, etc.)
• Capability to lead workshops and discussions with senior clients
• Be certified in platforms such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong influencing and persuasion skills 
• Demonstrated experience and proven record of success in leading extensive transformation projects and implementations, including staffing and leadership development
• Demonstrated practical work approach
• Solid people management skills gained while leading IT and/or digital transformations
• Superior communication skills and the ability to quickly win the trust of coworkers and clients alike
• Strong business acumen
• Creative and analytically thinking
• Ability to solve problems under tight timelines
• Willingness to travel
• Flexibility and curious, open to new ways of thinking and work approaches
• Ability to work independently
• Good judgment
• Intercultural understanding that you have ideally gained while working abroad or in multi-cultural teams
