Innovations Manager (m/f/x)

Our client is an international company and has a total of over 6,000 employees worldwide, 2,400 of which are based in Germany. As a global brand our client offers complete bathroom solutions and kitchen fittings.The company has specialised in developing new product categories ever since its inception. Our client was also the first in its industry sector to win the German government’s prize for Corporate Social Responsibility. For the reinforcement of their team we are looking for a Digital Innovations Manager (m/f/x) in Düsseldorf. Area of responsibility

• You are responsible for developing the innovation strategy for the digital innovations.
• You will be reconsidering the present innovation purpose and process.
• Furthermore you are concentrating on 2-3 conceptions that can deliver continuous growth.
• You are constantly inserting a data based decision approach.
• You will be working on sprint based early verification of concepts as a continuable procedure.
• In addition you will be developing water insights, where you manage the data behind the insights.
• You are also responsible for conducting market research in cooperation with your team.
• Analysing the competitor moves and establishing concepts through design thinking workshops you manage, constitutes another part of your job.
• Guiding Co Creation workshops from the idea to result is one of your assignments.
• You will be developing value & service proposition & an effective business model.
• You will also be working on cooperations with universities and other knowledge centers as well as with other companies to generate revolutionary services.
• You are challenging the present products and services in terms of supporting continuous innovation, where you enhance adoption, implementation and customer experience.
• Increasing innovation processes where a data based fast customer verification is the goal, completes your responsibility.

 

Profile of requirements

• You have experience in innovation consultancy.
• You have knowledge in developing IoT product and services concepts.
• You have already guided design sprints and can proof fast track validation skills.
• You work effectively in a matrix organisation as within an agile team.
• You are digital orientated .
• You have no problem to travel if it is needed.
